Residence Le Ponant is a new build and has been finished to a high standard. Parking is available in an underground parking space within the gated apartment complex. There is a swimming pool in the grounds. This spacious 2BR apartment includes 2 sunny balconies - great for dining in warm weather - and ready, secure access to the street, pool and garage. It is conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the train station, le Suquet, the promenades of la Croissette and its beaches. Stephen was a perfect, helpful host, communicated rapidly and ensured everything was perfect. We valued the assistance of Mme Giro, the building manager, who was always ready to help & advise. The apartment is well equipped for long term stays - super kitchen, beach etc - and with smart TVs & quality appliances.

Well kitted out flat. Lovely large lounge/kitchen diner area along with 2 balconies. The larger spots 6 easily in addition to having a sun lounge lr on it with space for an airer too. 7 mins walk to the main shopping street where there are loads of eateries, Rue d’Antibes and around 10 mins to the main beach. Beds very comfortable with air con throughout the flat and shutters so excellent sleep had by all. Agree it is a surprisingly peaceful area of Cannes. Only a 7 mins walk from Cannes station with a suitcase. Lots of food shopping within 7 mins walk including fishmonger, food market, Market Gambetta and a mini carrefour. We loved the appartment and Cannes. Great vibe.

Lovely clean and well-appointed apartment. Very secure building and car parking space. Great location - 5 minutes walk from the train station (we caught the train to Nice). 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again if ever back in Cannes.

The owner, Stephen was an excellent communicator, very quick responses to any question. The apartment was as advertised, and surprisingly quiet. Great basement car parking as parking on street in Cannes can be problematic, so, all in all, a lovely apartment.

Appartment is modern, tastefully furnished, and located conveniently close to the railway station and town centre. The entire block is scrupulously clean, due, mainly to Corrine, the wonderful on site caretaker who is an absolute gem. I must also mention and thank our host Stephen. Lovely Apartment, Great Location

The apartment is very well-located in a residential area of Cannes and just a short walk to the beach, railway station and restaurants. It was very clean and well-maintained and we particularly appreciated the Neff cooking appliances. The swimming pool was larger than we expected and the underground parking was a bonus. Altogether, an excellent location for exploring the region.

Relaxing stay in Cannes

Everything about this property met/exceeded expectations, from the booking to all of the communications to the on site attention. We were very pleased .The property shows pretty much as the photo's, it's a modern 2nd floor unit with two terraces that we really enjoyed. We had actually spent most of our time at the unit on the terrace off of the Kitchen/Livingroom area, it has a table and chairs where we ate all of our meals and I also enjoyed just watching the street life from that vantage and did so for hours while my wife read. The unit comes with a parking spot but it is absolutely not necessary to have a car everything is within walking distance .There is a large grocery store just around the corner across from the park where we found wine & water are about the same price. If you are thinking of renting I want to share two unbelievable restaurants we found only 10 minutes away, firstly La Table du Chef on Jean Daumas and the second L' Affable on Rue la Fontaine , check out the reviews , you'll be blown away. So in a nut shell yes I would certainly recommend this property and hope to book it next time we're in Cannes

This property is clean, well organized, well located, and well air conditioned. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the patios were a lovely place for morning coffee or an evening digestive. M Fornelli, the property manager, was a delight. She helped us get into the unit a d explained how everything worked. She communicated with us at just the right level. We would stay again.

Lovely apartment, not to be missed

Sandrine gave us such a warm welcome. She was so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Also, the lady who managed the receiption, was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you both, it was a pleasure to meet you. The apartment was very well equipped, which made things so much easier. Very stylish and decorated to a high standard. Extremely convenient location with a short pleasant walk to the shops, beach and train station. Lovely apartment, we especially enjoyed the large balcony. You will not be disappointed. We caught the train to Monaco and Nice. Visited Antibes by car and various other places. All well worth a visit. We were lucky enough to see the firework display on the beach, which was truly outstanding. Cannes is a beautiful place with old quaint streets, lovely shops and some amazing restaurants. We would love to return. Thank you Stephen, you were super organised. The information for the apartment was very helpful. The perfect host.

Great location close to train and bus station and the beach

The flat is in a well kept building with a nice pool. You are close to the bus and train station and only a few more blocks to the beach. Cote d’ Zur has so much to offer and you are only a short train or bus ride away! We stayed a month and visited Menton, Eze, Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Villefranche, St. paul de Vence, Mougins, Boit and so many other nice little towns around the coast.

Lovely apartment!

Perfect location , spacious and well looked after. Equipped with all you may need.The check in and out process was easy and very well communicated. Good place to stay in Cannes for a family with kids as it’s very close to the restaurants and beach etc. On many occasions we were using the swimming pool by ourselves, meaning lots of fun for kids. Thank you and we will definitely be back soon !

Comfortable apartment in convenient location

The property is comfortable with all amenities. Communication with the owner, Stephen, was pleasant with extensive and useful information imparted and hand over at the start/end was very friendly and efficient (thanks Sandrine!) and the apartment was cleaned and maintained to a high standard. The apartment is very secure and the gated underground parking space very useful. I would recommend a medium sized car as a maximum due to the space being quite tight. Our rental Jeep Renegade just about fitted OK. Is an easy 10 minute walk to the Croisette / Rue d'Antibes and a good sized supermarket (Intermarche) and local shops are just around the corner. All the other residents we encountered in the building were friendly and polite too and appreciated a 'bonjour' !

Relaxing Home Away From Home

We just returned from a month stay in Cannes. We stayed at this comfortable apartment and it felt like a home away from home. The apartment is as advertised in the pictures. We had everything we needed for a long stay. We loved the roomy kitchen and living room. The balcony was nice and big! It was like another room itself. The location is fantastic! Close enough to walk to everything in Cannes but away from the busy streets and action. Stephen was extremely helpful throughout the process. Madame Sandrine, who met us at the apt, was lovely and helpful. She provided recommendations for what to see, and where to watch fireworks - which was an important recommendation! Would stay here again, and hopefully will!

We had a super stay in the apartment. We were met by Sandrine who showed us around and described how everything worked. Everything was to a tee, very comfortable, AC fantastic, kitchen and washing facilities perfect, parking, swimming pools, just really good. And very close to a large Intermarche supermarket. Main shops and beach all in walking distance. We really loved it and would highly recommend.
