🚿 Modern bathroom: shower, sink vanity, towel warmer, and hairdryer.
🌿 Sunny terrace: south-facing, with outdoor table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine...) so you won't lack anything!
