Wonderful location

I love the location of this apartment tucked in to a little street/square just off the harbor and a lovely 10 minute walk along the harbor to the conference center and a short 5 min walk to charming old Le Suquet with pretty streets dotted with restaurants. The place is very clean. The bathtub is a plus. There is a grocery store nearby. Since the weather was a bit cold in early Dec I was not able to use the outdoor terrace. There are buildings all around so it was not possible to keep the blinds open to let in natural light. You'll need to bring shampoo and soap and electrical converters. There is a coffee machine and pods.

Unfortunately very dirty

We spent the first 3h to clean the flat, bc the flat was very dirty. One have to ask why pay 190€ for cleaning if one get such a dirty flat? Kitchen is poorly equipped.
