Lovely large clean room with great mattresses and a quaint atmosphere. On a cold evening it was nice to be able to simply head downstairs to the pub for a meal of chicken tikka masala. Lots of other good looking choices as well.

Hotel and restaurant were great. Seemingly around once an hour there was a loud knocking. Assuming it was coming from the hvac system. Everything else about the stay was fantastic.

Very welcoming staff. Lovely vibe and the pub is great, especially with the wood fireplace. Lots of character at this property which felt cozy and sweet. Comfy beds, nice linens. And free bear spray for hikers!!

The inn is quiet and charming, but for $480 a night, it felt overpriced for what you get. The room and bathroom need updates, and the overall space felt dated. The restaurant was cozy but the food was just okay. It’s a nice area, but I’d expect a more modern room or a much lower rate — around $180 would feel fair.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything we needed was there and our European friends were very impressed. We also enjoyed our breakfast at the pub and one of the best breakfasts during our two-week trip to the Rockies. We were also able to walk to downtown Canmore no problem. Would definitely recommend.
