Overall would stay again.

Decent room. Parking is tight but free for one vehicle. Good location to downtown area. We had a mild smell in our room and condensation in the window probably due to rain. Floor is taped not sure if that is temporary. Overall good customer service and beds and pillows were comfy. Tiny TV.

The stay was actually good. However, during thr check in, the front desk staff asked to take my physical credit card for deposit purpose which made me suspicious right on spot. And it’s the only place where I provided the actual card. Two weeks later, I have multiple fraudulent transactions posted on my card. Am I supposed not to connect the dots?

Good location. Disappointed on being listed and i paid for a kitchenette. Also the parking rules changed on the day of my check in. Parking management was outsourced and was not guaranteed if no spaces were available. I wal told to find space on the street.

This hotel is well located in a quiet area close to amenities. The staff has been friendly, professional and helpful. Located in Canmore, AB, an expensive city, it was realistically priced.

Great location, very nice staff especially the woman who checked us in. Beware though, we were parked in their parking lot, we checked in at 11:20, our car was ticketed $75!!! Hotel took care of that and we also saw other cars had tickets on their windshield. Perfect for an overnight stay!

To much noise

We arrived late after a 12 hour drive. We were unable to check in and had to wait almost 15min for a member of staff to turn up. He was kind and helpful. On the way to our room we noticed a large patch of carpet that was lose in places. It was taped down and just looked odd. Once in our room we went straight to bed only to be woken by the most awful sound of rushing water. This was caused by the person in the room above having a shower. The noise went on for 15min. Then we were woken a number of times by doors opening and closing in the corridor. Its the worst night we have ever experienced.

Employees were friendly and capable. The walls and floor allow alot of noise to transfer from each room. Strong air freshener odor, appearance of flood damage from a few rooms, probably why the air freshener. Carpet rippled on the floor and a big piece taped to the floor in the hall where possible water damage was.
