Our room was not what we expected, it was very hot, we called and asked if there was a way to fix this other than the thermostat in the room, we were told to open our window (we didn’t have one). It was warm enough that our food and cosmetics were melting. We slept on the pull out couch in front of the patio door of our room rather than our king size bed just so it was cool enough to try to sleep. This then resulted in us waking up to the smell of cigarette smokes and marijuanna several times throughout the nights. The only ice maker in the building was broken so we couldn’t even over hydrate with cold drinks. Both beds were very uncomfortable and hard for our week long stay. There also was a power outage our second day of our stay for over 4 hours which we were recommended to just leave the building for, there was no compensation of anything extra to make up for this inconvenience. We won’t likely be back unfortunately.

We enjoyed our stay overall, however the room was very hot even after turning off the pilot on the fireplace. We had to sleep with the patio door open in October… Not a fan of the restaurant on site, should be more of a family/everything instead of asian. A bit disappointed we couldn’t order to the room or have breakfast in site.

Our stay at the hotel was eventually very nice with a few major hicuups at the beginnning that's why we probably won't come back here. I definitely wouldn't plan anything serious here like a birthday or honeymoon. But again, we eventually spent nice time here and stuff was moderately accommodating.
