We were a family of 6 adults staying for 4 days. The condo had everything we needed and it was convenient to walk into Canmore, we walked along the trails and boardwalk into town. We took advantage of the heated pool, hot tub and sauna. It was also great to have the park pass available to use. We had 2 vehicles and were able to find parking. We appreciated all the communication before, during and after our visit.

A lot to like about this property- location for easy on and off the highway into Banff, lovely grounds, clean pool, hot tub and pool area, fun outdoor fireplace on the decking, beautiful sunrise view of the mountains. Though a lot of units face the central outdoor area, we felt plenty of privacy on our balcony. In the unit the beds were very comfortable, nicely stocked kitchen. The showers were large, bathroom stocked with bath robes and pool towels. Small but nice details. Bonus was the provided national parks pass which otherwise would have been 22/ day for our car of 4 people, heading into the park and town of Banff 4 days. Just one caution, there are no safety bars in the showers, a near must for our companions in their 80’s. We appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided. All in all it was clear the owners are thoughtful hosts. September was the perfect time to visit.

The condo was great and suited our family. Only complaint is the bathroom in the master bedroom is open - there is no wall separating the 2 rooms so if you have an early riser they are showering/turning on lights. Also the shower should have no-slip coating on the floor. Otherwise the unit was clean and well cared for and the park pass was very useful!

Property was as advertised. Everything was fully functional and the common facilities were very good and impeccably clean. Also, commonly needed things like laundry detergent, coffee filters, paper towels, etc were readily available and plentiful. Incredible client service

Unfortunately we had a family emergency arise and we had to cancel at the last minute. I am not able to speak to the property itself but the individulal(s) I was in contact with during the entire booking/canceling experience were outstanding. Any questions I had leading up to our anticipated stay were answered promptly and with loads of information. When I DID have to cancel (a week before our booking date) again - the folks were accommodating and understanding and also helpful. I HOPE to be able to stay another time. If you’re considering this property - I say go for it! (I had to give a star rating to every category in order to have this review submitted)

We stayed here for a girls’ weekend and was definitely impressed with this unit. It was very spacious to accommodate 6 of us and well-maintained. Communication prior to arrival was great, as well as after we completed our stay. Some of us have already said we’d love to come back and stay here with our families as the unit was perfect!
