Beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. The jetted tub was a nice surprise. And the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view is of the hot tub (and only the hot tub, no mountains in sight) which did allow us to know when the pool was busy or not but the noise from the pool did carry. We had a sound machine so we could drowned out the noise but if you didn’t have one and went to bed early it might be an issue. The building’s wayfinding was a bit complicated. The closest elevator was broken and it took us forever to find the other. The assigned parking stall was so far away from the unit. And luggage carts were not available to us. Moving in and out became a bit of an Olympic sport. None of these issues are in the Hosts control but something to consider.

Accomodation was clean other than under furniture. Good access to things in town. Appreciated having the washer/dryer, especially given then pool. Pool is great, fairly warm for the kids. Condo is fairly small but much better than a hotel and contained what we needed. Has a tub and a shower, which is nice. No view of mountains but listing accurately shows the balcony view so we knew that when booking. Overall very satisfied.

Lovely room, it was clean and very reasonably priced. The jetted tub was amazing after a weekend with the family to relax and take sometime for myself. The location was fantastic as it is a short walk to the highstreet, with the pool area on site.

The condo was clean and was equipped with everything you would need on your trip. I was impressed that there were fans if you needed them. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, cream. The towels and bedding were clean. The beds were comfortable. You get a designated parking spot in the underground parking garage so you are always guaranteed a spot. This is a nice touch because everywhere in Canmore and Banff you have to pay to park and it is not cheap. I would recommend this unit. We were very impressed. I would stay here again.
