Room, and amenities like the hot tub are awesome, great location and view. Parking was ultra tight is my only small gripe. Had issue with a misplaced item that Sara the GM sorted out for me swiftly and can’t thank her enough awesome service, highly recommend !

Great place to stay! Room was clean, hottub was great, room had everything needed to be comfortable. Only downsides to note would be how loud it was (could hear everything in the unit above us) and seemed to be low on hot water at times. Overall a great experience!

Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Showed up at the wrong building and unloaded luggage and food for 8. The gentleman at the front desk showed us to our room at the resort and helped carry everything. All weekend we saw him assisting other guests. We will be back. Perfect little getaway in a nice environment.

The staff was very friendly, which was great. The set up was lovely and definitely clean, which is always nice. It’s great for big groups of people. The hide a bed was extremely comfortable, which was shocking as they normally are horrible, but they have a nice foam on them, which is really great. A few things that would be good for them to consider doing is putting garbage cans in the bathrooms as there was none in there. Also, we had the double room so we had two kitchens and both kitchens were stocked differently with different amounts of cooking supplies so something standard would be good. Also, the hot tub should be open earlier and a bit later as the hours are a bit restrictive. The last thing would be that we had the double room and there was only two parking spots available for a room that holds 16 people so there was naturally more than two cars. We found it extremely hard to find parking for the third car, which was unfortunate. We will be back though, as it was a great stay, but just a few things that they could tweak to make it excellent.

Yes ... We would stay here again . Easy to find , Lots of restaurants to choose nearby and grocery store within walking distance . The outdoor hot tub was great ( bring a robe )Appt. sleeps 6 . Full kitchen with decent cooking utensils . Each unit has only one parking stall . The front desk attendant assisted with finding a spot for a second vehicle as parking in Canmore can be a challenge during peak times. 10-12 min. walk to downtown if you find the pedestrian railway crossing

Snow removal started between 5:30-630AM. We were out there for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The hot tub is small and slightly inconvenient to get to. Do yourself a favour and book away from the train tracks also. It’s also loud at night

It's not well kept. Water damage and drips in the bathrooms. No body wash or hand soap in the washrooms. They did bring some when I called the front desk. If the price were slightly higher than what we paid, I'd say it wasn't worth it at all. I probably wouldn't recommend it for friend

Amazing place to stay! Very affordable for the area, the rooms were great, the rules are reasonable, the hot tub was great, and everything was clean! Only issue we had was that the train was right outside our window and kept waking us up at night and I didn’t see anything about it before booking the room. But besides that it was amazing!
