The apartment offers a spacious living room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. Air conditioning is available only in the living room.



Excellent location: 40 minutes by car from Costa Brava beaches and Barcelona city, and just ten minutes from public transport, including the train, so a car is not necessary. The apartment is on a very quiet street, less than ten minutes’ walk from the beach.



Thanks to its location, you can easily visit both Barcelona and the Costa Brava. The train station is less than a ten-minute walk away and offers frequent service to central Barcelona. If you have a car, you can also visit the famous Costa Brava beaches, with Lloret de Mar just 30 km away.



The property has open-air parking for one car.



Located in a residential area, local regulations require quiet after 10 pm (Friday and Saturday) and after 9 pm on other days—no loud music or voices. Please respect the neighbors for a peaceful stay. Parties are not allowed. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted. Check-in is not allowed for guests under 25 years old.



Important rules: Check-in is from 5 pm to 9 pm. Late check-in from 9 pm to 11 pm is available for an additional fee. Check-in is not possible after 11 pm.
