Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and worked to resolve all concerns. Had a little confusion about dropping car off at first return after check in (mainly language barrier) No one we contacted was fluent in English, causing some minor communication difficulties.

A estadia no Laghetto Viverone em Canela foi espetacular, o hotel é extremamente novo, bonito, confortável, limpo, seguro, organizado e com atendimento impecável! Durante toda hospedagem não tivemos absolutamente nada a reclamar! Com certeza voltaria outras vezes. E vale ressaltar que através do Hoteis.com eu consegui um valor de pelo menos 50% do valor cobrado no site do próprio hotel!
