Cosy duplex-penthouse in a very good location, only a few metres from the beach of Cho Vito. The spacious chill out terrace with views to the Atlantic, the beach of Cho Vito and Candelaria is a special highlight. The furnished terrace with unbeatable views invites you to enjoy many relaxing moments in the open air and unforgettable sunsets. The terrace area, with outdoor sink, is accessed through an open bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined together. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The flat has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds as well as 2 bathrooms with shower and a toilet. The flat has three televisions with smart-TV.
The small coastal village of Las Caletillas is very quiet and has a local atmosphere. There are bars and restaurants, mainly concentrated on the Avenida Maritima, where you can enjoy the local gastronomy, as well as various shops along the Rambla de los Menceyes. The climate is pleasant and warm all year round, due to the south-eastern location and the proximity to the sea. The nearest beach, Callao, is 240m away.
It is a unique holiday home, perfect for individual travellers who wish to experience their holiday away from mass tourism and close to the sea.
The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reservation. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.
Groups of young people under 20 years of age are not allowed.
