We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 7. Beach was top notch (well maintained, excellent bar service, towels plentiful, clean bathroom,...), staff was friendly, polite and responded to every of our needs in a timely fashion. Hotel was quiet and cleaning staff were thorough (as a matter of fact, cleanliness percolated throughout the entire hotel, rooms, lobby, restaurants, beach, common area bathrooms,...). Buffet breakfast was well varied and delicious. We will definitely return.

The staff! Wow, do these people work hard or what? Never did we see anyone just standing not doing anything. Staff were helpful and always wanted our experience to be great. When I indicated I was less than happy with our room accommodations, they were quick to contact us with an upgrade and complimentary wine and snacks. 10/10 recommend!

We (family) stayed in suite which had offer - free breakfast (7am to 11am) and happy hour (6pm to 8pm). Service in club lounge is amazing, big thanks to Cesar and Mariano. Beach is good and quiet. Pool is well maintained. Room is very clean and did daily cleaning. Room's beach view is amazing! Restaurants (le cap) food is also good! Love to visit next year!!!
