Amazing property truly 5 stars. Food is meh but I think it’s most of Cancun. (If you want true Mexican food you gotta go to CDMX) Wish this place was all inclusive but also it’s perfect just how it is. Cannot recommend enough. Staff and other guest were all a class act. Amazing.

Great location and very friendly, responsive staff. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but a bit too crowded for the available space especially around the pool, beach chairs, and breakfast area. Room views were beautiful, but street-facing rooms had a traffic noise. Also, some bathroom finishes felt lower quality than expected. The beachfront bar could use some improvement too. Overall, a good experience with excellent service, but a few things could be better.

Great option for families!

Great service across all spaces, including the cabanas on the beach. People were very nice and attentive. Breakfast is very good with a large buffet. Overall a nice property with one of the best beaches in all of Cancun.
