Hyatt Vivid review Irene and Victor did my check in for vantage club they were absolutely amazing, addressed all of my needs made sure I had everything I needed and were just great Overall for check-in and check out. At the rooftop pool the waiters Mario and Jesus were absolutely great. I never had to ask for a new drink they kept them coming. They made sure we had everything we needed , they constantly made sure we have food available, water available and any amenity I asked for they made it happen. Kudos to Jesus and Mario. At the beach club I will say Eduardo was magnificent along with the entire beach and wait staff. I wasn’t able to get everyone’s name but everyone went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. For dinner I went to Mediterranean, Italian, French, Japanese, every thing we that we had was great the food was amazing I have nothing bad to say about it. Overall this was a great experience a great trip and I would definitely come back. The adult only vibe was everything I wanted to be.
