We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, and well-maintained with a great overall vibe. The staff was outstanding from start to finish: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food was very good with plenty of options, and the drinks never stopped, service around the resort was fast and consistent, and the bartenders were great. The only disappointment we had was when we tried to rebook for next year, we didn’t really get much support or guidance in getting it set up, which was surprising considering how excellent everything else was. Overall, we loved our trip and would absolutely recommend this resort. We’d return in a heartbeat.

The room had no heat, and after four times the maintenance guy did fix it however, his boss came in and was very threatening. I actually had to ask him to leave the room four separate times and he would not leave. He was very aggressive. We came to Mexico to get warm. It was real bad. Also, the tub did not work and flooded the room if it was filled up.

I had an amazing time here, I went to celebrate my birthday with my mom and the staff was amazing and so kind. I’d like to give a special thanks to Liza and Alejandro for making my private dinner experience at the Oishii rooftop restaurant a beautiful and memorable moment. I want to thank Diego who was very attentive to us on the pool deck on the ground level floor. Big thank you to Hugo at the rooftop vantage club for breakfast and lunch, his service was excellent, very pleased to have encountered him during my stay and lastly Dyanna from the buffet during breakfast and lunch was super friendly and made us feel so welcomed to be there everytime very funny as well. The staff mentioned all stood out on the grounds of excellent service and hospitality. It has made a lasting impression on me and I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for the caliber of service I received. The environmental service staff was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you Hyatt Vivid!!

The food was really good, the resort was really clean and beautiful. Unfortunately if you don’t have the vantage package be prepare to noticed better treatment to those that are vantage, which is there premium package. I ask to be moved from a table for better view and they moved the table next to me because they were vantage and did not move us although there were tables available. In addition, the entertainment was not he best is more on the boring side. I don’t recommend it for a younger couple or anyone that wants to experience the Mexican culture . They don’t play any Mexican music and the prices for activities are triple than if you go on adventures on your own.
