This was our 15th trip to the area but the first at the resort. It was fabulous. Everything from the staff to being greeted by lemur and racoons as the wandered through the resort. One area of improvement would be a resort map. So much to do.

The food at all the restaurants here is amazing!! Best we’ve ever had at a hotel in Cancun. The staff could be rude. They seem bothered when you order certain drinks. The service at the bars was what I didn’t like. At times I was second thinking ordering anything to drink.

You couldn’t really sit outside because there was too many mosquitoes plus when you go to the restaurant it’s boiling outside but when you’re going to the restaurant, it’s freezing. It’s uncomfortably cold so I had to wear a jumper. Couldn’t wear my outfits every evening.
