Everything was really good from the food, to the drinks it was all gourmet . I've been coming to mexico for many years this is one of my top three resorts however, the beach is garbage complete garbage. Full of rocks and sargasm.

From the moment my family and I arrived, it was clear this hotel operates on an entirely different level of hospitality. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the level of service we received was nothing short of outstanding. The customer service was truly world-class warm, professional, and highly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their commitment to excellence was evident throughout our stay. The accommodations were luxurious, with beautifully designed rooms, plush bedding, and high-end amenities that made the stay feel indulgent and relaxing. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the turn-down service was a lovely touch. Dining at the hotel was an experience in itself. Property was full so we did not receive a room upgrade as a VIP benefit. They also had several promotions at the spa and you couldn’t use the VIP 20% off with the promotion. Overall the stay was wonderful. My only complaint is the pool staff definitely catered to their vacation club members and kinda left the regular hotel guess to Finn for themselves. The first day the pool guy wouldn’t let me save a seat for my family and said security would take my things if I left the area. So we came back later when the pool was full and of course couldn’t find a seat. We sat way in the back and had terrible service. The next day we went to a different pool with an amazing pool server. We had a great time and tipped him very well.

The place is nice clean and beautiful, service is good but it depends where you go. Poolside and beachside service along with the food is not good. Restaurants are all good with great service, esp Hiroshi, that was our favorite.

We love our stay at Garza Blanca! It was our first time to Cancun and they definitely leave a good impression on us and made our vacation much more enjoyable. Daniela the Chief concierge was very sweet & loving, she make us feel so special, we can’t say enough about her ❤️ Food option was phenomenal specially the Japanese and Chinese restaurant. We booked Garza Blanca Cancun to celebrate my 40th birthday and my parents’ 43rd anniversary. I prepaid everything—rooms, all-inclusive, transfers—so my family (partner, 2 kids, parents) could fully relax. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, but the check-in took over an hour. I was told the all-inclusive wasn’t applied for my kids, even though my Expedia confirmation clearly showed it. I was forced to pay an extra $1,860 to check in—exhausted and in tears, with no support from staff despite showing proof and contacting Expedia. Throughout the stay, we had issues using our $90 daily resort credit and 20% discount—even after confirming details during billing. I returned to the front desk multiple times and was told the policy had changed recently, and no refund could be issued. No manager was ever available. Concierge rarely answered calls. A pre-arranged birthday flower delivery never happened, and my coworkers’ and mom’s attempts to plan surprises were ignored. That said, the food, drinks, pools, and service from Arcos (our butler), Antonio at Davino, and Spa Imagine were truly amazing. The resort itself is stunning. Unfortunately, the unjust charges, lack of follow-through, and refusal to assist after multiple attempts left us deeply disappointed. I spent over $20K on this trip and expected better. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend this resort.
