The property was incredible. It was beautiful inside our rooms and had everything we needed. It's also very close to a gorgeous walkable park, lots of shopping and close to many attractions. If we ever go back, we will definitely there again.

The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work so the room smells. The fire alarm gets off in the middle of the night plenty of times. The hot tub wasn’t hot. But the staff were amazing!

Buenas instalaciones, la habitación cómoda y limpia sin embargo los muebles de mala calidad la mesa y el escritorio estaba flojos y casi tambaleándose. El hotel es bonito y tiene buenas áreas. La alberca es grande y tienen buen área alreador. Buen gimnasio. El restaurante es amplio y cómodo y la comida del desayuno estuvo buena. La única queja que tengo es whe el shuttle al aeropuerto es un desastre. De llegada tardo más de una hora en llegar cuando supuestamente tienen dos salidas y llegadas al aeropuerto por hora. No sale a la hora que dice que sale. Esperé casi veinte minutos a que llegara para ir al aeropuerto y cuándo llegó. Recogió a dos clientes americanos no preguntó si había nadie más esperando y se fue. Todo mientras el personal de recepción a quien había preguntado si ya había llegado no hacía nada al respecto. Por supuesto que a las 13:20 cuando se supone había otro shuttle tampoco llegó a tiempo.

Good location, staff and breakfast, I didn’t like for a Marriott standard the room was not up to expectations, one of the lightbulbs beside the bathroom mirror was burnt out not enough light for make up, the shower door needed something at the bottom of the glass door as the water while showering came out all the floor got wet, no fan inside the washroom .

Overall good, but needs some TLC now

I always stay here when i arrive at night before checking into a resort the next day or when i have an early morning flight out of Cancun. I noticed this time that the lack of maintanence and upkeep are starting to show.

When we got there we had an issue with the blinds and the room phone. Within 5 minutes of telling the front desk, someone came to fix them. The amenities were top notch, the buffet breakfast was filling and diverse. I would go back to this property. We chose it because of the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle which arrives twice within the hour (20 minutes and 50 minutes after the hour). Everything was smooth and easy. Thank you so much!

Getting picked up from the airport was a very easy process. The gym at the hotel although small but has what’s necessary and it’s clean. Rooms are nice the restaurant in the hotel also had good tasting food. I would definitely stay here again
