Short stay but Clean room, nice staff and breakfast was so good! To bad that we did have little time to enjoy it as we needed to get to our next flight ! Only thing was waiting an hour for the shuttle to pick us up @ the airport, we were tired and wanted to sleep ! Other than that overall was good ! Will stay again if we can !

Overall a good stay, but some areas that could be improved. The “hot tubs/jacuzzis” are not hot at all, the same cool temperature as the pool. They offered that we could use the one at the Courtyard hotel but it was also not hot. Our TV did not work but that didn’t bother us. Good variety at breakfast, would recommend going earlier to breast the crowd/have more variety. We appreciated the more “natural” feel with all the trees/plants. We also liked the free shuttle and the safety of the location.

The room was spotless and it had bottles of water a coffee maker, sheets were clean, pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, fresh fruit juices, chilaquiles, eggs, lots of fruit, cereal etc etc. All the staff at the hotel were amazing. Fausto and cheff Mago were amazing in the kitchen area.

We stopped over at the Fairfield for a night when we were heading to Cozumel, and it was a pretty great stay! The hotel had an airport pickup option—they weren’t super quick to respond, but honestly, it was all good in the end.

Very nice modern hotel. We got to the room and there were no remotes for the TV. They brought them up right away. Ate in the bar downstairs. Good pizza, margaritas and beer. Was late when we arrived so no chance to explore immediate area. This was just an overnight before moving to our long term stay.
