Very clean, rooms are comfortable and with good beds. Only negative is trying to get here from the Tran Maya. I tried to book shuttle in advance from the airport, as there are free shuttles to the airport. They responded saying I couldn't pre-book and it could take up to an hour. I wasn't sure if they used Whatsapp and did not want to wait an hour, so I ended up taking a taxi. Taxi from train was a lot cheaper than the airport so for 400 pesos. Hopefully you will be able to have the shuttle to the train as the train gets more popular

Great place to stay after a long day of flying! Very convenient free shuttle from the airport. Reception staff are very friendly. Hotel restaurant has good food. There is a nice pool and workout room. We stay here twice a year to start our longer vacations at the all-inclusive resorts.

I sent them an Expedia message with my arrival flight and time but their shuttle did not pick me up. I had to pay $62 for a taxi to drive 5 miles. I complained at check-in and they said they didn't pay any attention to Expedia messages. They said I should have emailed them but their email is not available. I called them from the airport but they hung up on me. When I first exited the terminal I saw a Fairfield shuttle drive through but the van didn't stop or even slow down. I expect Expedia to negotiate a return of my $62.

A Disappointing Check-in Experience – Unresolved I

Our stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, the worst check-in experience we've ever had. We booked and fully paid for a room for 2 adults and 2 children on Hotels.com well in advance. Days before arrival, I reached out to the hotel via the email provided and WhatsApp to request a cot in our room. The hotel never responded to my email, and on WhatsApp, after providing my reservation name as requested, I never heard back again. We tried to resolve the issue of an extra bed before arrival to save time at check-in, but our efforts were completely ignored. Upon arrival, we had to wait almost 30 minutes to even begin the check-in process, despite there being no other guests ahead of us and two staff members at the front desk. The service was extremely slow. When it was finally our turn, we requested an extra bed. The front desk agreed but then asked for our passports. The staff member didn’t even look at them properly—she simply flipped to the first page, passed them back to me, and rudely asked for my children's birthdates. She then noticed that our older child had turned 12 years old in October (just a few months ago). Suddenly, she insisted that since our child was now over 12, we had to pay an additional $80 USD, as she was considered an adult. This was extremely frustrating because when we originally booked the hotel online, we accurately entered our children's ages, and our older child was still considered a child, not an adult. Staff were incredibly pleasant. Breakfast was great, good assortment of food. Front desk staff provided information for an incredible shuttle service which we felt safe in as the driver wasn’t rushing to get to the next customer (paid flat fee by the day rather than per trip). Hotel was nice and clean. Pool was cold but the weather was a bit brisk and was just coming out of an unexpected cold snap so that’s fair. Would highly recommend this hotel.
