This is a little oasis right in the city! The grounds are lush and inviting. Great breakfast, friendly staff, walk to ADO bus station. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Will definitely be back!

Stayed here for 2 days and had terrible experience. 1. We got the room with transparent sliding doors, with no privacy and lock issues. 2. No hot water 3. On next day we asked for different room since the hot water problem was not resolved. 4. Different room on 2nd day and toilet flush is not working and toilet water backed up and AC not working.

The room and grounds were beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The breakfast was great and the staff incredibly kind. Eduardo went above and beyond to help us when it looked like we might not make it to our excursion, absolutely saving the day. The location is within walking distance to several great restaurants and even as a solo mom and her kiddo, we felt safe. We are so happy to have found this gem and look forward to staying again!

The hotel is fine for a one-night stay, but our car, parked in front in designated spots, was broken into during the night. Items stolen from the trunk included our spare tire, sneakers, and a jacket. Definitely not safe for the parking.

Bed was terrific. Large room was dated but clean with a fridge and stove. Large bathroom and spacious shower. Nice breakfast with service. Inner court yard full of plants and trees. Very relaxing peaceful place to stay in the heart of downtown, close to grocery shopping and restaurants. $1 bus to the hotel zone and gorgeous public beaches. Pool was small but you could still enjoy some lap swimming.

Food was fresh. Rooms cleaned very well. We didn’t use pool, but it was cleaned daily. The goal of this hotel is to be as environmentally run as feasible. If you don’t share these beliefs, maybe stay elsewhere?

Staff was wonderful, the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good. You do hear a bit of traffic noise, otherwise a great little hotel with a beautiful ambiance. I would go back.

The staff here was super kind and helpful! My Spanish isn’t great and they were willing to help me in English, and be patient as I wanted to practice Spanish. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. The included breakfast had a menu to choose from with a variety of options. The pool was also empty of people nearly the entire time I was there; so I was able to swim and float in solitude. It was really the retreat I needed.

A really nice and spacious room with an excellent sink; including plates and cutlery. Tv was higly functional. Air conditioning excellent. Lovely pool. Ideal for swimming 🏊‍♀️ a mile or whatever you choose. I would highly recommend this hotel for all.

The ambience of the hotel is excellent, A blend of nature and beauty in the middle of Downtown. I would suggest it for anyone who would like to explore the city in a peaceful manner, overall few places I feel like they could improve is their wifi system since there were some places in the hotel where you barely had wifi and the breakfast could have been better options.
