Fabulous oceanfront villa with garage parking and very friendly staff. The chef came in and prepared breakfast every morning and he was wonderful! It seems that the facility is only maintained when guests let them know what is not in order. In other words, the management of the villa do not do their diligence to make sure things are in operational order. For example, there were maybe 10 Pool cues but only one of them had operational tips. They should have that in line before people even make a reservation, since they showcase the pool table in one of their photos. The Internet was intermittent and did not work even half the time that we were there. The doors to the ocean side of the villa did not lock. The locks were broken and they were not repaired while we were there. The villa is certainly an old girl who was probably a queen in her day, but still has a ton of character with very large rooms and sweeping views. Two of the four bedrooms faced the ocean side and the other to face the parking lot.

Everything about this location was perfect. It was incredibly spacious, the views of the beach are incredible and it is in close proximity to anything you might need. We will absolutely becoming back here!

Family Get Away

We enjoyed the trip very much. Beautiful and convenient location. However There are some issues you will need to fix. Can’t lock the patio doors upstairs or on main floor. This is a major security problem that had our party concerned. The front door was broken for our entire stay. The blinds were never repaired. Mario was an excellent cook. The AC worked very well. Outside was a construction zone with sand and dirt. The bus was a very useful service which we used a lot.
