Beautiful apartment in the central area of Cancun with an excellent location a few meters from a shopping center and just 15 minutes away from the caribbean beach and the Hotel Zone entrance along with night clubs, famous restaurants, malls, etc. Few meters away you´ll find a large shopping mall even with cinema, restaurants and a large supermarket also in the corner of the residential you´ll find a convenience store, a laundry and tacos, also you´ll find the public transportation right outside the residential and the R2 bus which takes you to the hotel zone!

The apartment has two bedrooms with air condition and also two full bathrooms, a beautiful living a dining area, with smart tv for you to watch any movie and spend family time and if you want to cook you have a full equipped kitchen. The best part are the common areas with not one but two beautiful pools, football yard, ping pong table, grill area, playgrounds for the kids and an outside gym!
