Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Pool chaise lounges were in dire need of repair. They had 4 and all 4 needed repair of some kind. They were falling apart.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at the Ambiance suite. I spent a few weeks there as a solo traveler. The room was large and comfortable. It felt like a small studio apartment. The staff were very helpful. I felt safe staying there. Thank you!

I booked this hotel because of lots of great reviews, but it’s okay okay room with so so facilities. The toilet flushing and the shower weren’t good, There were no workers who spoke English in that hotel(we didn’t mind it) but we literally misunderstood about “free” breakfast and we had to pay $$. The hotel workers were friendly and helpful but other than that I couldn’t give 4 stars, more like 2.5

We were in limbo for the first 2 days of our stay! Our first room smelled musty and moldy, i am very allergic! We were put in another room for 2 days, they wanted us to go back in moldy room cause the one they put us in was booked! Ended up they told us we could stay in present room! The garden was always unkept, dirty tables, dishes, beer cans garbage left there! No coffee with coffee maker! Not much english!

Beautiful garden area, but the glass tables were never wiped; dirty dishes/beer cans left on table from the other day. The water pump/waterfall was not turned on in the pool until the 3rd day of our stay! Staff not very efficient! I had to ask the front desk attendant to put the waterfall on everyday, once I knew that it existed. I reserved a king bed and landed up with twin beds. Shower came out as a trickle!!😳 The staff did not speak or understand English, except for one lady at front desk. The restaurant was only open from 7-2 and did not serve any kind of liquor! The facility is on a very busy highway! My room was always musty smelling The front door of my small fridge was full of holes from the rust! I’d give a 4 on 10 for the room!
