Recently renovated, this apartment of 30m2 located on the 2st floor of a typical house of Cancale in a quiet district offers a high standing service. It is very suitable for couples and eventually with one child, wishing to enjoy an exceptional sea view journey (3 windows with sea view) in a cozy and modern apartment. The garden leads to the famous "Coastal path" with direct sea access (great view over the oyster beds). the windows show a great view of the Mont-Saint-Michel!
The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (plus 1 sofa bed in the living room). The kitchen is entirely equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.). All the furnitures of the apartment are brand new!
The Rimains district is very quiet and is only few steps away from the famous gastronomic restaurant "La Maison de Bricourt" held by Olivier Roellinger.
The apartment is only 900 meters away from the shops (church, restaurants and supermarket) and 1500 meters away from the Port de la Houle.
To get around: on foot, by bike or by car, your choice!
