Charming house - fisherman's house by the sea

Charming house combining sea and countryside. Close to sandy beaches.
A large granite fireplace for cooking grills in a friendly atmosphere with pleasant salontres in autumn and winter. A recent seaside-style cottage kitchen was installed in 2015. It is fully equipped: oven, fridge, integrated freezer (new in 2017), raclette machine.
There is a bathroom on the 1st floor as well as a second on the ground floor installed since June 2016, with walk-in shower of 1.10m designer materials.
The rooms are spacious and south facing.

The house is located in a very quiet and picturesque area, close to the sea and the customs road for hikers with two places to park your car. Very close to the magnificent site of the Pointe du Grouin (breathtaking view of the sea) for fishermen, possibility of shore fishing or angling.
A seaside style shed at the bottom of the garden has just been installed with a double bed: Marine atmosphere for a siesta a wrought iron garden furniture from Fermob, a barbecue and a few sun loungers.
Peaceful and picturesque place bathed by the sound of the waves.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
