The ski lifts of Alba-Col dei Rossi are easily accessible just 500 meters away.
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and is spread over two levels: on the lower floor, there is an independent kitchen, a spacious living room with a small balcony, a small bathroom with a window and washing machine; upstairs, the sleeping area develops, with a double room and a master bedroom with a balcony (for a total of 4 sleeping spots), and a master bathroom with a bathtub and window. The view of Gran Vernel is breathtaking!
To best preserve the condition of the house, we only accept a small-sized pet.
