Character house facing south on 700 m² of land including 300 m² of lawn, all in a quiet village and in a green area. It is 20 minutes from Amiens and 45 minutes from the Baie de Somme. It is a restored house which combines the old and the modern. There are 2 levels with 6 beds possible, with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and tv. There is a wc on the ground floor and one upstairs with a sink.
