Me hospedei nesse hotel por 3 dias e a experiência foi positiva só não estou dando 5 estrelas porque quando cheguei por volta das 14:00 horas pra fazer o check in não tinha ninguém na recepção para nos atender tivermos que esperar uns 15 minutos até um senhor aparecer no local mais sim eu voltaria a me hospedar com certeza café da manhã é bem completo !

Excelente!

Excelente hotel, só não ganhei nota máxima pois o café deixou muito mas muito mesmo a desejar, não tinha um bolo de chocolate com calda ou variedades de doces, nada de diferente no café, o resto estava tudo ótimo!

Merece todas as estrelinhas! Fui com meu esposo passar a semana da nossa lua de mel e só temos elogios a fazer e gratidão à toda a equipe. O quarto estava impecável, muito confortável, a noite o aquecedor mantém a temperatura ideal. A vista do quarto é belíssima, e a paz desse lugar é indescritível! A equipe é muito educada e prestativa e todos os funcionários são muito cordiais e solícitos, fazem a gente se sentir em casa o tempo todo. Outro diferencial da pousada é o transfer gratuito que está disponível o dia todo para levar e trazer do centro capivari, até as 22h. Enfim, não temos nada a reclamar, apenas agradecer pela receptividade e elogiar a hospedagem. Com certeza ficamos muito satisfeitos e iremos voltar outras vezes! Mil estrelinhas!

O quarto é impecável, super agradável, ambiente aconchegante, o único ponto negativo do quarto é que o chuveiro não esquentava muito e que os hóspedes que chegavam tarde, chegavam fazendo muito barulho. Ótimo atendimento, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Água quentinha, tem muitos aquecedores solares, até a noite a água permanece quente. Possui aquecedores nos corredores e nos quartos.
