Great hotel in a great town

It was a great hotel in a beautiful town. The people at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. They suggested restaurants for us to go to. It's an amazing place to visit if you want to unplug and relax. Fell in love with the town and hotel

Atendimento excelente (recepção e funcionários do café), boa variedade de itens do café da manhã (houve variação de itens, inclusive), boa localização (próximo a postos, restaurantes, bairro Capivari, etc), porém com alguns pontos de atenção: a estrutura do hotel é um pouco antiga. Há pontos de melhoria de manutenção na área da piscina, nos quartos, e falta de limpeza. Ao chegar ficamos em um quarto onde o banheiro continha cabelos no chão e parede, as toalhas estavam sujas, furadas e rasgadas, e apto tinha aspecto de ser antigo. Informamos esses pontos e trocaram nosso quarto. O outro estava mais novo, porém não consideraram que estávamos com uma criança, e com isso havia somente 1 cama de casal (faltou 1 cama de solteiro). A cama precisou ser montada. Acredito que eu não ficarei novamente nesse hotel.
