Will not stay there again!

The room was super small with the two twin beds together. The TV had a terrible reception and sounds. The walls and selling had mold spots. The toilet seat cover would not stay open. The shower space was veey small. The towels were see through, as they were very worn-out.

O atendimento é excelente, funcionários prestativos, hotel limpo, porém problema crítico de manutenção. O ar condicionado central não estava funcionando e os aparelhos nos quartos precisam de reparos, estavam soltos na parede (aquele que controla a temperatura). É inaceitável um hotel não ter equipe de manutenção fixa, a recepção ficou bem preocupada pois falava com a gerente via WhatsApp e não conseguia contato com um prestador para ir arrumar. Os quartos estavam um forno o que podia prejudicar até a saúde dos hóspedes. No final eles conseguiram ajustar mais a maratona de trocar de quarto foi grande e o problema não era os quartos e sim o sistema central. Outra coisa que achamos ruim, a gerente em vez de resolver o problema da manutenção sugeriu não devolver o dinheiro para que pudéssemos achar outro hotel que nos fosse conveniente. Aí levanto dois pontos: faço minhas reservas com antecedência para não ter problemas como esse; o tempo de deslocamento de um hotel para outro sem conhecer a cidade com um pet que já calculamos tudo para ter conforto.

Apartamento de modo geral deficiente! Sem interfone, tv de baixissima qualidade e de tamanho, banheiro box abaixo da crítica, limpeza do banheiro box deixando a desejar e muito. Limpeza feita de um dia para outro nem lixeira foi trocada e faltou sabonete. Tomei banho sem porque não tem interfone para pedir. Absurdo! Relação valor X benefício não fecha a conta

Café da manhã muito bom. Não sabia que não tinha Frigobar no quarto, nem que ao pedir uma pizza na região e solicitar 2 pratos, talheres e copos.me cobraram 2 reais por cada prato e ainda entregam copo de papel.....isso foi desnecessário, não condizente com padrão Ibis
