Bom mas precisa melhorar a organização

O hotel é super bem localizado ao lado do shopping e de um Madero, além de ser na beira da Dutra. No entanto, a organização deixou a desejar. Viajei com meu filho e fiz a reserva de um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, no entanto quando cheguei no hotel me pagaram um quarto com cama de casal. Como já estava muito tarde e tinha acabado de enfrentar várias horas de viagem, preferi ficar nesse quarto mesmo ao invés de esperar que me disponibilizassem o que havia sido realmente reservado. Chegando no quarto, outra surpresa, o tapete do banheiro estava completamente encharcado. Fora esses contratempos, a estadia foi boa e o café da manhã é muito bom.
