Technically closest to the Basilica

Technically closest to the Basilica but to enter is a walk down the street. Breakfast is ok/good but tables are cramped and greasy. No remote for the air conditioner, you must call the desk and they send someone to adjust. Showers not designed correctly as water leaks onto the bathroom floor.

Tive problema com a água quente, liguei p a recepção, falaram q iam mandar alguém e não mandaram. Tomei banho frio. Só no dia seguinte, qdo reclamei novamente, foi q mandaram. Achei um absurdo. Gaveta da mesa de cabeceira tb não fechava.

Regra absurda da meia pensão.

A estadia foi com meia pensão. O quarto já estava liberado mas só liberavam a entrada se a meia pensão fosse o almoço, se fosse o jantar precisava aguardar até às 14h, ou pagar uma taxa extra. Achei um absurdo.

SIMPATIA E CONFORTO PASSA LONGE DO HOTEL

Hotel em boa localização, em frente a Basilica, porem nas imediações não ha restaurantes de boa qualidade, se quiser jantar tera que ser no hotel ja que a praça de alimentação da Basilica fecha muito cedo, o valor cobrado pelo Hotel é absurdo, 75 reais por pessoa sem balança, mesmo que voce comer 200 gramas paga esse valor, na praça de alimentação da Basilica duas pessoas não gasta nem 50 reais para um almoço , ha inumeras opções. A simpatia dos funcionarios do Hotel não existe, nunca vi pessoas tão frias e sem carisma, so um funcionario um rapaz na recepção que usa oculos que foi simpatico. No bar da piscina os funcionarios parece que não gostam dos hospedes, nunca vi tanta antipatia assim, passei longe. Outra coisa estranha é que a academia do hotel fica fechada, se quiser usar tera que pegar as chaves no bar da piscina e assinar um termo de responsabilidade, como se fossem crianças para usar a academia, ridiculo isso, nunca vi em nenhum hotel isso. Voce paga pelo quarto de luxo que parece uma cela de cadeia de tão pequeno que é, o banheiro se voce for mais cheinho tera dificuldades de usar de tão apertado que é, a pia tem uma cuba que voce se molha todo para usar , alem do box não fechar direito, molha-se o banheiro todo, fora a torneira do chuveiro que por pouco não cai nos meus pes, isso é luxo? Tambem não ha lixeira no quarto, se quiser tera que colocar no cestinho de papel higienico . Enfim paga-se caro para nada. Unicas coisas boas é a limpeza e o café da manha.

Der Check-In war unkompliziert, allerdings aufgrund der 30 Prozent no-Show Regel komplex. Das Personal ist höflich und bemüht. Wir hatten einnLuxo Zimmer, allerdings ist dies mega klein. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Der Ausblick ist jedoch überragend. Das P/L Verhältnis stimmt dennoch nicht. Parkplatz ist vorhanden und kostenlos. Das Essen in Büfettform ist ansprechend.

O checkin foi muito demorado. E na reserva estava selecionado cama de casal. Nos hospedaram em um mini quarto com duas camas de solteiro e o chuveiro estava verde de lodo. Apesar deste inconveniente a recepcionista Paula é nota 10. Bar a noite é legal.

Ótima localização!

O hotel fica bem próximo das duas entradas da Basílica (uma a 250m e outra a 400m). Pegamos o quarto com sacada e vista para o Santuário, excelente. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, chuveiro elétrico, mas suficiente para os dois dias.

Infelizmente ruim.

O atendimento na recepção foi boa. O quarto muito ruim, completamente diferente do que estava sendo divulgado. Apertado, sujo, baratas no banheiro, muito ruim. Viajei com meus pais, minha mãe está doente e quis me hospedar num bom hotel, acabei ficando num péssimo quarto.
