Sempre gostei do hotel pela localização , mas dessa fez fiquei insatisfeita , quanto cheirando a mofo , corredores cheirando a esgoto, o chuveiro do meu quarto ficou 2 dias e 2 noites pingando direto porque não fecha a direito, foi comunicado a recepção e nada fizeram 😞

Quarto pessimo. Hospedamos no primeiro andar 119 e 121 e no segundo andar. Camas horríveis, banheiro com box quebrado, torneira do lavatorio, mal dava para usar de tão pequena e proxima da cuba. Ao olharem fotos no anuncio, são diferentes do que entregam na hospedagem. Café da manhã estava bom, com boas opções, localização do local bom.

Pontos negativos: Quartos simples estrutura do hotel precisando de ajustes. Limpeza: próximo ao elevador fica sacos de lixo acumulados. Recepção: Poltrona de espera estragada coberta com pano. Café da manhã: poucas opções e produtos que precisam de revisão pão francês por exemplo duro, ressecado . Falta espaço aqui para descrever a experiência neste hotel.
