A localização da pousada é excelente da para acessar todo o centro do capivari a pé. E o parque Capivari fuca uns 5 minutos a pé. A hospedagem incluiu roupas de cama e banho. O café da manhã estava excelente, boa variedade, estava uma delicia.

Péssima limpeza.

A limpeza péssima. Na primeira noite tive coceira a noite inteira sem entender o porquê . Tive uma péssima noite e na noite seguinte novamente me coçava sem parar e como não conseguia dormir , meia noite levantei e fui olhar os lençóis constatando que estavam sujos e cheios de um pó estranho. Por sorte , estava num quarto duplo, tomei um banho e mudei de cama , infelizmente perdi o sono ..Esse fato foi constatado pelo recepcionista da noite que foi chamado para ver o que se passava. Café da manhã variado , mas sem sabor.

O café da manhã tem variedade mas sem sabor.. café ralo e pão não era gostoso. Os bolos muito ruins… parecia bolo de padaria… Meu quarto não tinha nem mesinha de cabeceira. Sem conforto. Colchão mole.. não voltaria a me hospedar lá. Mas Toalhas limpas e trocadas. Wi-Fi ótimo.

Infelizmente não foi agradável , hotel cheirando a mofo corredores, quarto, as roupas de cama estavam cheias de cabelo, quarto antigo , paredes mofadas ,banheiro com paredes trincadas , piso (assoalho) afundando conforme pisava !! Enfim não ficaria novamente ,muito caro pelo que entrega , fomos super bem atendidos pela recepção e pela supervisora das camareiras que trocou a roupa de cama , café da manhã simples mas ok , a localização é ótima ,mas precisa de manutenção urgente enquanto o novo prédio não fica pronto !!

O hotel está passando por reformas, e espero que isso traga melhorias para as suítes, pois as condições atuais estão bastante precárias. No entanto, o hotel tem uma localização privilegiada e faz parte da história de Campos do Jordão, o que merece ser valorizado.
