My experience at B&B São José dos Campos was not good at all. They gave us room P-006 which is 1 st floor in an open area to the lobby. Every time the door downstairs opened, you could hear inside the room. People talking, staff talking and phone ringing was literally so disturbing that we requested to move rooms. The staff hesitated and not even apologized for what was happening. Never again.

Spoiled Food, Broken Windows.

Booked a single room with a queen bed I was given a room with 3 single beds. They changed to a new room and the window was broken wouldn’t close. It was freezing cold. No blankets. Noise. Didn’t sleep at all. And then to complete my stay I was served spoiled OJ juice at breakfast. Will never go back.

Reclamação sobre a estadia entre 05/07 de Setembro

Quero expressar minha profunda insatisfação com a experiência que tive durante a minha estadia no hotel. Embora o quarto fosse espaçoso e aconchegante, diversos aspectos do serviço e das instalações comprometeram a qualidade da minha viagem. A falta de comunicação se estendeu ao quarto, onde não havia orientação sobre o funcionamento das luzes. Após muita procura, descobri que a iluminação se resumia a abajures, o que considero inadequado. O ar-condicionado também se mostrou problemático, com um display confuso que inicialmente marcava 60 graus e, depois de ajustado, era difícil de regular para uma temperatura confortável. Outro ponto de grande desconforto foi o banheiro. O produto de higiene oferecido era um sabonete líquido multiuso (corpo e cabelo), de difícil manuseio e baixa qualidade, o que não condiz com as expectativas de um hotel. Por fim, gostaria de ressaltar a falha no atendimento. Minha esposa permaneceu no hotel durante todo o período e, como o hotel não oferece almoço ou jantar, ela precisou pedir comida por delivery. Ela comunicou a recepção para ser avisada sobre a chegada do pedido. No entanto, o aviso foi enviado para o meu celular, mesmo eu tendo informado que estaria ausente do hotel e em reunião. Fui obrigado a interromper meu compromisso para avisar minha esposa, que, ao descer para pegar o pedido, não recebeu qualquer informação da recepcionista, tendo que descobrir por si mesma que o entregador estava esperando do lado de fora.

Barulho alto do quarto vizinho e não tive assistên

No quesito acomodação, localização, limpeza e café da manhã muito bom. Mas tive que deixar minha reclamação quando não tive retorno da recepção quanto ao barulho obsceno e constrangedor do quarto ao lado, não conseguindo ter uma boa noite de sono. Pensei ser um hotel família, mas fiquei decepcionada.
