L’appartamento, sito al primo ed ultimo piano di una Villa Novecentesca recentemente ristrutturata, è immerso nel verde di una pineta, che si affaccia sulla spiaggia di Marina di Campo.Marina di Campo è una delle località più apprezzate dell’Isola d’Elba, grazie alla sua lunga spiaggia di sabbia fine, in parte libera ed in parte attrezzata, e al corso pedonale pieno di bar, ristoranti, locali, negozietti e gelaterie.
Marina di Campo is a lively town, with all the services and conveniences of a small town: supermarket, delicatessens, bakeries, excellent ice cream parlors, bars of all kinds, restaurants and pizzerias for all tastes, pharmacy and parapharmacy, shops and boutiques , newsstands, bookshops and much more. All this is just a stone's throw from the seafront which is closed to traffic in the evening and becomes a walk among stalls selling artisanal products.
And then there is the beach: a kilometer and a half of white sand that slopes gently into the crystal clear sea, perfect for everyone, even for the youngest children who can play safely in the shallow water. Along the entire length of the beach there are numerous establishments and blue points, but also numerous stretches of free beach.
Marina di Campo is the only place on the whole island where you can have all this within walking distance.
Villa La Spiaggia is an independent villa in Marina di Campo surrounded by a pine forest. The villa has two entrances: on one side it directly overlooks the promenade and on the other on the pedestrian street of the historic center.
The Villa is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a dining room with large windows overlooking the pine forest, a large living room, a double bedroom with direct access from the garden with private bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with two beds. singles that can be combined, a double bedroom with two single beds, one of which is placed on a mezzanine, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and terrace overlooking the pine forest and with sea view. The property does not provide linen, but bed linen and towels can be rented on request.
