Bom os funcionários na recepção nao sao tao simpáticos. As camareiras sao mais rs. Cafe da manha bom. Pessoas que trabalham no refeitorio simpatico tbm. No.quarto os cobertores pareciam nao estar limpos estavam com cheiro ruim. Poderiam usar um amaciante downy pra ficar mais cheirosos as roupas de cama. E ter tapete no banheiro e toalha de rosto/mao

O hotel me surpreendeu. É um prédio antigo, mas tudo é muito bem limpo e organizado. A cama é confortável, assim como os travesseiros. O ar-condicionado funciona muito bem. Agradeço pela estadia, porém acredito que alguns pontos podem ser melhorados para justificar o valor cobrado. Quarto: O chuveiro apresentava problemas, a água não esquentava adequadamente e só funcionava deixando quase desligado, além de sair pouca água. A cortina do quarto também deixa passar bastante claridade, e por volta das 5h30 já entra uma luz forte. O ar-condicionado só gelava com a porta do banheiro fechada, o que incomodou um pouco. A TV também tinha a imagem muito ruim, o que prejudica a experiência Ambiente: De manhã cedo, o barulho de portas batendo e conversas nos corredores atrapalhou bastante o descanso. Comodidades: O café da manhã estava bom, porém o pão estava duro. Já o jantar tinha poucas opções disponíveis. No geral, acredito que pequenos ajustes já fariam grande diferença para oferecer mais conforto ao hóspede, especialmente considerando o valor atual da diária.
