We’ve stayed in Campbell River before, but the Comfort Inn was our choice this time, and we would stay again. It’s relatively new, clean and well located, with plenty going on around the area. There is the ferry to Quadra to entertain your visual senses. It’s well located with quite a few restaurants bot conventional and fast food within walking distance. There is the promenade as well on a nice day. Would like to see a more expansive breakfast offering, buts it’s similar to those in the price range. We spend a fair amount of time in hotels, probably at least sixty a year, and we would stay again.

Great stay would have given higher rating for cleanliness but when a staff member sits 6 feet away from a coffee machine and there is garbage all over the floor and recycling and garbage bin is overflowing and they are too busy playing on their phone to tidy up. Makes me sick too see such a lack of work ethic in people now days. I’d for their ass!

The staff and hotel were excellent and kind! Healthier quality breakfast would be my only recommendation, however I would suggest for the price point, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you Safa an the great hotel staff!
