I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was like an apartment and very updated and new. The staff is always pleasant. I really enjoyed meeting a front desk woman named Jackie, she was so helpful, professional, pleasant and fun! The breakfast is a nice bonus too! My only complaint is that the website clearly states "daily cleaning" for room and that was not the case at all. The manager told me "no cleaning" and that I could have one "refresh." I was there 6 days so I felt that was too long to not have my garbage emptied or clean towels. Thank goodness for Jackie, she scheduled a cleaning for me on my 4th day. I did ask the cleaning lady for fresh towels and to empty my trash on the 3rd day. She was also very pleasant. So...I think the Manager should learn what is offered on the website or have it changed. She is not friendly like her staff. Thank goodness the staff outweighs the negative!

The hotel was excellent in terms of cleanliness, location and maid service. However, the front desk clerk was rude, didn't explain deposit costs and became surly when we asked questions. Did not provide information on breakfast and when asked later on he gave us the wrong hours. To be clear this was the older clerk, not the young one who was very friendly.
