Reasons I wouldn't stay here again: 1) Extremely dirty, the rug was super sticky and filthy. 2) Our pet got worms and fleas from the room which was horrifying. We had to get dewormer from a local vet while we were there. 3) The breakfast bar was shut down while we were there due to some sort of health issue and we weren't offered any compensation. 4) The hotel manager was really nice, but all the staff we interacted with were subpar. Would not stay there again and do not recommend.

It would have been a nice stay but there was no breakfast service which was the main reason I booked with them. I was not advised that they were doing work on site and could not serve food.

The owner totally dropped the ball. He said he would accommodate me and others since the restaurant was closed down and he did not. I will not recommend larkspur at any time for their lack of customer support.

All was really good with the room had no problems. Except the fact that we were never told that the kitchen was under renovation and there would be no available food for the morning and with the family stay, that was really difficult. And it cost us more money. I think we should have been informed that there was no kitchen available for the morning. I'm very. Upset about that. This is something that's important whether we were business or whether we were family we\n Have stayed many times with you and always were very satisfied except this time.

Place needs a make over. Paint chipping all over. Carpets need to be replaced, king bed in our room left a spring mark on my hip. Red noticed from health department that kitchen was closed and no food to be served. Parking was great. Place close to shopping and HWY
