Lower level has 1 Master bedroom with private bath, 1 King size bedroom, 1 bunk room with 2 bunks twin over full, two full baths, Large Great/Family Room with 2nd Kitchen and Wet Bar, lily pad, swim noodles. Great location at the 1 MM of the Niangua by water and just off of Highway 5. The road is paved all the way to the front door.
