Bad check in, gloomy property

No-one there for our check-in had to wait for someone to arrive to open key safe outside office, the person said we should have received instructions but we didn’t. We requested a cot for our Grandaughter which wasn’t provided, had to go to office in morning. The property is very dated, broken plastic chairs on patio which was dirty. Surrounding area was good, close to beach. Lots of mosquitoes in property.
Stayed 8 nights in Jun 2024
