The Victorian terrace 3-bedroom townhouse comes in excellent decorative order and comprises entrance hallway with multi paned door and window leading to a large sitting/dining room, extending to about 21ft with
former fireplace with feature brick work and spiral staircase. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob and extractor, washing machine, fridge and freezer, terracotta tiled floor, decorative tiled splashbacks and double glazed door to garden. On the first floor there is a large landing giving access to a family bathroom, separate shower room, three bedrooms with bedroom 3 used as a study with fitted desk and stairs rising to a useful loft room (currently used as a bedroom) with French doors leading to a delightful roof terrace with panoramic views of the local area.
Glisson House is located in a popular and convenient location close to the City centre, railway station and many of the facilities offered by the University. There is a wide range of local shops both in Mill Road and
Hills Road.
