In the heart of the city center, on the 1st floor (no elevator), this bright and comfortable apartment overlooks the Nive River and comprises an entrance hall, a living/dining room (sofa bed, TV, coffee table), a fully equipped kitchen (rotisserie oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave), a bedroom (with two single beds - mattresses separated - large wardrobe), a bathroom (bathtub, sink, washing machine), a separate toilet, and a small balcony. Public parking is available 100 meters away. Pets are welcome. Fiber optic internet access is available. Smoking is permitted outside.

Bed linens and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is taken upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually left.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-room apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (single bed): €30.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
