On the garden level of a sunny villa, this fully renovated one-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, TV, etc.), one bedroom (double bed), a shower room, a separate WC, and a south-facing terrace with an electric awning. Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed. If guests depart on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T1 Bis): €44.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
