Private: garden 18 m2 with lawn and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house.
