Welcome to 'La Rivière' gite, a superb 18th century character property, renovated in 2014, located on the edge of the Lotois listed village of Calvignac. The cottage is ideally placed to explore the many recognized sites such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie (elected favorite village of the French in 2012), the historic town of Cahors, the caves of Pech Merle, Figeac, Villefranche de Rouergue... 1 hectare wooded park with century-old trees, heated swimming pool, the environment is full of charm and the family building with French ceilings is tastefully decorated, while keeping the authenticity of the place. 400 m2 of living space, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, large living rooms, magnificent kitchen. Gîte of 400 m² on a wooded property of 10,000 m². The ground floor is made up of an entrance hall, a separate toilet, a living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, a laundry room, the 'Rocamadour' bedroom. ' (1 bed 180 divisible into 2 beds 90, access for people with reduced mobility) and that of 'Padirac' (1 bed 180 divisible into 2 beds 90) each with their own bathroom. On the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms: 'Calvignac' (bathroom, shower + bathtub, 180 cm bed + extra bed), 'Pech Merle' (shower room + 1 180 cm bed divisible into 2 90 cm beds if necessary + optional extra bed), 'Saint-Cirq' (bathroom + 1 180 bed divisible into 2 90 beds if necessary), 'Cajarc' (shower room + 1 180 bed divisible into 2 90 beds if necessary) as well as a lounge / billiard room (sofa bed + 2 extra beds).
