Where should I start? COCKROACHES! Plus a random latter that was in my room that I moved to the hallway. I do not have to explain my experience any further. Cockroaches should give you the explanation. I woke up to this very early and just checked out. I spoke to the front desk attendant. He didn’t care. I also sent an email. No response. So that’s that. They could have atleast said sorry.

Both the hotel and staff were phenomenal. The hotel was perfectly located, the room was insane, and the food was great. Special shout out to ma boy Josu who came in clutch when I needed him. The next time I return to Mallorca I definitely will be staying Roc Illetas again

Although the staff were absolutely amazing, it was frustrating that our room was constantly filled with ants. We asked the staff several times to address the issue, and while they cleaned up the room and were sincerely apologetic, the fact that they address the problem or move us to a room without ants is why I give a 2 star review. Will never stay here again. Also, while the problem was addressed, our hot water did not work our first night. It was upsetting not being able to shower after an 18 hour flight.

The hotel was awesome, the staff was friendly, location was great, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Petra at the spa and wellness center was the absolute best! I would highly recommend scheduling a massage with her, she has a wide variety of services she offers, as well as an awesome sauna and steam room lounge.

I wish I had planned a longer stay at the Hotel Roc Illetas. The property was fantastic, with great beaches within a short walk. I can't comment enough on the staff; they were truly awesome from the moment we walked in. Santiago spent 15 minutes with us at check-in explaining the area, the beaches, and most importantly, the bus route that takes you into town from the hotel. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet and love that the hotel bar stays open until midnight. We will be back and we'll be bringing friends!!

Wonderful Easter holiday

We are just home from a wonderful week in Mallorca. We have three daughters aged 10,10 and 12 this hotel was just perfect for them. Small enough to allow them some independence but large enough to have everything we needed. The outdoor pool isn’t heated so it was fresh in April- but so much fun to jump in. The indoor pool is heated well and was popular with my kids jumping from one to the next. We had a sea view suite and it was just incredible to wake up and have a coffee on the balcony every morning. The cleaners were impeccable. Our room was spotless and we received new towels, coffee pods and milk daily. We had a few day trips and the hotel staff were always so helpful and friendly. Very organised always knowing our names. We got the bus into Palma for just €2 each and were able to use Ubers to get around too. The hotel breakfast buffet was a good standard and when we ate in the restaurants we were also happy with everything. The beach at Illetas was one of the most beautiful with the bright turquoise water. Climbing down the steps for a sea swim from the hotel we saw tropical fish and it is really a very beautiful spot.
