The estate Son Malero is located just 1 km from the old town of Calvià in a valley formed by the Tramuntana and Na Burguesa mountain ranges. The estate boasts excellent views of mountains, forests, almond fields and carob trees. The 30 m² apartment consists of a living room, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a highchair and a baby cot upon request.
The apartment offers a private covered terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. An outdoor area shared with the other residents of the estate is also available for your use. This includes a pool, an open terrace, a garden and an outdoor shower. A shared dining area is also available.
In 12-15 minutes walking you will reach restaurants, bars and cafes and the nearest supermarket is a 13-minute walk away (950 m).
