Although there us some room for improvements, such as the entertainment team could do more activities including some within the pool. Amazing focus on Kids at the hotel and it ensures they are kept entertained. Rooms where large and consisted of 2 sections making it a 1 room appartment almost. Showers are great. Food is adequate, as well as the service. Everyone was very polite. Location is good too, only a short walk to the beach *5mins* Pools where beyond expectations with plenty of space and areas for kids. Slides where very very impressive. Sunbeds - plenty to go round too. Would have been good to have the music playing around the resort a bit louder but thats just me finding things that could be even better. Would be good to use one of the csrpark spaces to create a sports space may be tennis/football space. Fab hotel and resort. Will recommend for sure.

The location was good , and the property lay aout was good , the kitchen are was not great the chairs made so mich noise that you could never enjoy dinner or any other meal, terrible noise , should be forbiden.

D.A.D Dirty and Dated. Avoid

This hotel could be great if was ran properly. We stayed here for four nights arriving late on the first night and by the afternoon of our first day there we were trying to move. The location is great the facilities are great but the whole place is just dirty and in need of renovation. On arrival our room floor had hairs everywhere and there was a big clump of hair in the toilet like the cleaners had thrown it in to get rid of it but then forgot to flush it away and then despite leaving the sign on the door all day asking for the room to be cleaned the cleaners never came back until our third day and that was only because I’d complained because we were having to reuse towels that we’d left on the shower floor and wash our cups and empty the ashtray. We barely slept either because the bed was so hard. The worse thing about the place though is the pool areas. We saw a few kids with cut feet from broken tiles and there’s daily reports of ear infections and sick children from the swamp like water. My kids went down the slides as that pool looked ok but none of us stepped foot into the others we just went to the beach instead . The food was average 3 star all inclusive fayre but we wouldn’t eat that either as seeing how dirty the visible premises were I dread to think what the state of the kitchen was like. This place needs a serious overhaul to even consider being classed as a 3 star so to be sold as a 4 star is joke based purely on its facilities. There’s better hotels cheaper

Das Hotel hat in meinen Augen keine vier Sterne verdient. Der Lärmpegel von den Stühlen (verschieben ) beim Essen ist enorm,es sei denn, man hat VIP, dann geht es morgens und abends etwas da es dafür ein anderen Raum gibt ..dass die Pools eiskalt sind, als wär das Wasser gefroren ist für kleine Kinder unverantwortlich, dass der Pool um 18:00 Uhr geschlossen wird ,während noch Kinder wenn sie sich dann getraut haben in das kalte Wasser zu gehen!! Raus gepfiffen werden !!geht gar nicht.! Die daybeds sind teilweise abgeranzt oder haben Stockflecken! Fliesen an den Pools sind teilweise kaputt und auch die Gehwege sind alle sehr mit angefressenalten Dreck beschmutzt! Da müsste mal ein Hochdruckreiniger drüber generell eigentlich jeden Abend ! Getränke nur im Plastikbecher , ist auch sehr grenzwertig , außer mal beim Abendessen, wenn man VIP hat !Ich möchte dann doch gern meinen Sekt oder mein Wein aus einem Glas trinken.! Kellner hinter der Theke bei der Abendreanimation total überfordert. Viel zu wenig Personal. Kein Personal, was zwischendurch mal die Tische sauber waschen kann ,Katastrophe! Animation sowie Kinderdisco hat in meinen Augen keine vier Sterne verdient. Das ist schon echt grenzwertig erbärmlich, was da geboten wird. maximal drei Sterne, aber die Animation war sehr freundlich. Das muss man ihm lassen. !!!Im Gegensatz zu den Kellner hinter der Theke, die glaub ich gar kein Bock mehr haben zu arbeiten.! Dann ist es schade, dass wenn man mal schlechtes Wetter hat

Not recommendable, poor food selection

Low food quality, poor food selection, huge wait line upon arrival, impersonal facilities in a party area full of drunk British people Go with Iberostar all inclusive hotel instead
