Quiet villa in a scrubland, wonderful sea view, near the town and the beaches

The villa is simple and functional; it consists of a large living room with a television, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave), 3 bedrooms (two 140 cm beds and two 80 cm beds), 1 shower room, 1 WC; there is also 1 adjoined studio flat with a living area (1 double bed) and a terrace facing the sea. The house is perfect for a large family; the parents could be accommodated in the studio flat.
By the terrace facing the sea, there is a large garden with pine trees and cactus from which you can see the Revelatta peninsula. There are hammocks and sun loungers between the pine trees: it is the perfect place for a nap in a natural setting.

The terrace facing the mountain is fitted out with a table and a flap under which you can have a drink, eat dinner, or entertain yourself during the day.
It is possible to easily park 3 cars inside the property where they will be safe and will not disturb the other inhabitants.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Great house and garden in the hills above Calvi

The house is big and has an additional guest house with another bedroom. The garden is really large both in front of and behind the house with great views of the bay. And being in hills, there is usually a breeze making it more comfortable than in Calvi. The kitchen is complete and had everything we needed. The interior is a bit dated with old furniture - and the some of the outside furniture is also quite old

super séjour à à calvi

très bon séjour dans cette maison qui était super agréable et très pratique . une superbe vue au calme et proche de calvi. Laetitia qui nous a accueilli nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses et à été très disponible. nous recommandons vivement cette maison et gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois.

Très bon sejour, quelques equipements a renouveler.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans la villa. Plutôt bien située, au calme avec une très belle vue des deux cotés de la maison. Certains equipements vieillissants meriteraient d être remplacés mais globalement tout etait adapté.

Petit paradis

Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve.Maison tellement agréable que l'on s'y sent chez soi et n'avons pas envie d'en partir.Nous avons ramené dans nos valises de merveilleux souvenirs de nos longues soirées dans ce magnifique jardin avec ses pins et cactus, de nos repas vue mer ou montagne selon l'envie...maison très fonctionnelle ,vraiment rien ne manque.Et que dire de cette belle région, les mots me manquent...une chose est sure nous reviendrons!!! Merci à Luc et Rémy pour leur gentillesse et leurs bons plans.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Calvi. La maison a une vue imprenable sur le phare de la Revellata et le Monte Grosso. Des terrasses bien aménagées permettent largement d’en profiter. Un cadre magnifique pour une maison rustique et accueillante. Les équipements sont dans un état satisfaisant et les chambres sont spatieuses. Je recommande !

Des vacances inoubliables

Un séjour extraordinaire dans cette magnifique région de Corse. L'accueil et les renseignements fournis par le propriétaire ont plus que répondu à nos attentes. Une magnifique villa où il fait bon vivre avec une vue imprenable sur la pointe de la Revelatta. Un espace sous les pins qui se prête parfaitement à la sieste et à la lecture !!! Idéalement placée, à 25 minutes à pied de la citadelle et 10/15 minutes à pied d'une crique déserte ! Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir et surtout nous y reviendrons !

Villa spacieuse, mobilier et équipement ancien , vue sur mer très simpa, manque vrai plancha ou barbecue. Quartier calme et très proche de Calvi. Les boules de pétanques étaient très appréciable...

la villa de la famille fougere est vraiment top

la villa est tres bien situee, à 2,5km du centre de calvi, en face de la revelata. Un petit chemin conduit à la mer (crique avec des rochers) en 15 minutes à pied, ideal pour une petite baignade au réveil, ou un randa aquatique (snorkeling). la villa est agreable : 2 terrasses, une donnant sur la mer, l'autre sur la montagne. Il y a un studio independant, appreciable pour ne pas etre les uns sur les autres. l interieur de la villa est fonctionnel, deco années 70 !! L environnement est vraiment calme. Nous avons passé un sejour de rêve. les proprios sont très sympas.
