We are offering a 90 m² flat on the ground floor in Calvi. It is located in the city centre, in a quiet, authentic neighbourhood. The sea and the citadel are just a two-minute walk away! The harbour, with its restaurants, and the pedestrian area, with its shops, are also just a few steps away.
The apartment has beautiful rooms and plenty of space.
Outside, you have access to a terrace at the front of the property and a small garden at the front of the veranda. There is a barbecue available for use.
A large public car park (Christophe Colomb car park) is less than a five-minute walk away.
